2.        Removed the InformAmerica website from the Preface.  It was closed down recently.

3.        Deleted the book Losing Your Illusions from section 13.2, since the InformAmerica website is now shut down.

4.        Removed Lynne Meredith from section 13.3 because her website is no longer active and she left the detaxing business.
